GTS has an exciting IT Contract for a ServiceNow Engineer to join a blue chip company based in London. This is an initial 3 month contract but this may be extended. This will be a part time role working 2 days per week.

This contract is inside IR35 therefore is only suitable for umberella contractors.

ServiceNow Engineer overview:

You will provide walk up bar support, working in SNOW.
For this contract role, you will need a valid DBS certificate.
This is a part time role, working two shifts a week. The hours for these are 8 am till 4 pm and 10 am till 6 pm.

Key tasks:

Firstly, provide support for installing and configuring IT assets.
Secondly, support and setting up of IT assets, This will include POS, Thin clients, desktops, laptops, printers, Label printers, Scanners, and IT peripherals.
Co-ordinate with Service Desk, Operations Managers and Tower Leads for issue resolution and service requests.
Also, maintain and report hardware asset stock.

Key Skills and Experience required:

Have experience in supporting mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.) and MDM.
Knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Links.
Working experience in Microsoft technologies Windows 7 and 10 and O365, MS Teams.
Experience in supporting performance and client-related issues resolutions.
Good understanding of Asset management.
Experience in ServiceNow is essential.
Must be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
